Each vendor must furnish a bid security of MVR 80, 000/-, in the form of a tender security from a bank or a bond issued by a surety. The tender security shall be issued by a reputable institution. Where that institution is located outside the Republic of Maldives, it shall have correspondent banking institution located in the Republic of Maldives to make it enforceable. |
