The consultant will work primarily with the ministry of finance to assess the possibility of harmonization of it systems, assessment of public investment management, domestic resource mobilization, and fiscal management.
The domestic resource mobilization expert will work primarily with the resource mobilization department at the ministry of finance to (a) assess the possibility of harmonization of it systems in consultation with the it experts engaged by mira, and (b)to assess overall efficiency of public investment and expenditure and economic impact and efficiency of proposed national development projects and programs.
